I try to activate the license and I do not have any user.
I do not know how to do it, I have a license and the ticket, but I do not know how to activate it.
Can somebody help me .

To remove the pw... if accidentally enabled use reset original device by rightclick on the plc in the device tree...
If accidentally enabled pw is:
Administrator
Administrator

Edwin can not find the CMLicense file. And in my program that is in Spanish there are tabs that in the images that you pass me in the links I do not find them for example edit license in the device. and when I do the video I get an error attached image. Thank you

which CODESYS Version are you using?
You have 3 options to relicense your PI:
1. if you use either 3.5SP13 or 3.5SP14 you could get the update file via CODESYS here: (screenshot)
2. If you have activated the license on your PI with 3.5SP13 or 3.5SP14 you'll find the license update file here:
c:\ProgramData\CODESYS\Licenses\xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxx
3. if you have an older Version - raise a support case on store.codesys.com -> my question and send the ticketnumber
