first of all, how can i get this mncontrol in tool box? where can i download this "2 axis Mnjoystick " ? i have activated the things which has been mentioned in above reply, but i dont know how can i see this mncontrols in tool box?

To get the visu element in the toolbox, you have to activate the visualization extension in the visualization profile of the project settings.
