I'm searching for a solution to send to the system the halt command to put it in normal graceful shutdown.
Is there some possibilities to do that via Codesys?

Hi Mike,
Have a look at the SysProcess library, it gives you what you require.
There is already a post on this topic that walks you through how to reboot. See l viewtopic.php?t=5714 l
Or, if you want to do it manually through the IDE, you can use:
Tools -> Update Raspberry Pi -> Shutdown
