No, this is not supported by the product. What doesn't mean that it is not possible to use it. I'm not exactly sure about the link between OpenTherm and the Pi. But if it is either serial, Spi, OneWire, I2C or accessible through another linux device driver, you might be able to access it from your CODESYS application.
