I have a problem with my raspberry, if i do not have the onewire connected, all other gpio activates and deactivates fine through the codesys program i made, but once i insert a onewire temperature sensor, i takes 5-10 seconds to react
if i connect the temperatur sensor, it displays the temperatur and adress of the sensor fine
any thoughts?

you need to use the onewire devicesin an own task.
See attched example application.
