The installer "configuring" about 30 minutes. With previous versions it was happening too (3.5.11.x). Why so?

OS: Windows 10 LTSB x64
Hard drive: SSD
RAM: 16 GB
Installed Codesys: 3.5.10.40, 3.5.11.10 x64, 3.5.11.20 x64
