HI,
I can't read the function 10 for Modbus RTU. Is not implemented in Codesys software.
Why ?
How I can to do ?

What do you mean?
Function 0x10 - Write Multiple Registers - it's only for writing.
You need to use function 0x03 or 0x04 for reading.

I must setting baud rate and address for my device

I think it's not possible to set COM-settings for slave device over Modbus. Only manual.
