Hello i Have Beckhoff CX5020 PLC and

on board. I have question on EL6001 all diagnostics leds is GREEN (ON). RUN - ON. TX - ON, RX - ON. I have connected barcode scaner, and tested with example program form Beckhoff site. But not working. All diagnostics LED is ON. Where is problem?
