Raspberry Pi to Codesys 2.3

Is possible to use Raspberry Pi as target platform on codesys 2.3 ? I sow there is some for Codesys 3.xx, but I still using CodeSys 2.3.

It seems only v3.5 of Codesys supported for raspberry..why not use the 3.5?
