Timer issues NEED HELP URGENTLY!!

i am using ladder to create my program with basic functions.

12 OR inputs producing 1 output.

how do i use timer to hold my output if any of the 12 inputs is true?

I am not sure if attached Project solves your problem.

Project is straight forward and doesn't need any explanation.
