What kind of cheap CoDeSys PLCs or smart relays are available these days? I'd like to have something like
http://www.divelbiss.com/Products/CatFamDetails.asp?ProdCatID=1&ProdFamID=23 or
http://us.idec.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=FL1E-B12RCE&FamilyName=Family&SeriesName=IDEC_SmartRelay
but with a CoDeSys runtime.

Eaton/Moeller has a CoDeSys platform in a smart relay form factor:
